This quick tutorial will introduce you the different areas composing your account page.

The notifications area informs you of all the important actions to be performed on your account (item waiting for payment, parcel to send,...)

This area shows the last auction in progress. You can access the full list by clicking on the link "see all ongoing auctions".

This area contains the general categories of your account

• Messages: contact us for any questions about your orders
• Item waiting for payment: pay for the items won during auction or item purchased on online shop.
• Item in storage: lists all items received and stored in our warehouse. You can store your items for free up to two months.
• Item awaiting reception: list all the items not received in our warehouse (transaction with the seller ongoing).
• Invoices: invoice history (a new invoice is generated for each package sent).

This area shows the different status of your auctions.

• Ongoing auctions: Auction not closed yet.
• Won auctions: all auctions won recently and not yet received in our office.
• Watchlist: auctions that you have chosen to monitor before bidding.
• Lost auctions: recently lost auctions.
• Add an auction: through this section you can add bids on mbok ,Rakuten Auction or Yahoo by sending us a link.

Edit information about your account: billing and shipping address, password and email address.

This section is dedicated to managing shopping purchases.

• Order an item : Order an item from a Japanese online shop by completing the order form.
• Pending purchases : item already purchased in Japanese online store but not received in our office yet.

In this section you can :

• Choose a shipping method
• Pay your shipping fee
• Check your package in preparation
• Check your tracking information

Details of all deposits and all payments made.
